ELDERLY PASSPORT
Aims to guarantee the right to discounted intercity transportation for elderly people, aged 60 or over, residing in Mato Grosso and without monthly income, as provided for in State Law 8,823/2008 and its updates. The mobility of elderly people in accessing essential services such as health, education and commerce, in addition to promoting social inclusion and well-being.

Lawyer, with extensive experience in Social Security Law and Public Law. With direct involvement for more than 15 years in public and social policy for elderly people in the State of Mato Grosso. President of the State Councilor of CEDEDIPIMT - Management 2024/2026. Consultant Member of the National Commission for the Rights of the Elderly. Lifetime Member of the State Commission on Elderly Law – OAB/MT. Author of articles published in the book - The Elderly are the Future of Tomorrow.
